Luka Magnotta pleads “Not Guilty” – police video

Today at 2pm Luka Rocco Magnotta pled not guilty HERE via video streamed in a Montreal courtroom. His hearing only lasted around 10 minutes long. Magnotta is faced with 5 charges including first-degree murder, committing an indignity to a human body, posting obscene material, mailing obscene material and criminally harassing Stephen Harper and other members of Parliament. Two very capable Crown prosecutors, Hélène Di Salvo and Louis Bouthillier, have been assigned to the case.
